I want to ask about a citizenM hotel reservation or Marriott Bonvoy

Please jump to service.citizenm.com where you can do the following things: download a citizenM invoice (after a completed hotel stay), see reservation details (past, current and future), and pay an outstanding balance.

Changing or cancelling a citizenM reservation can only be done via Marriott website - follow this link to Marriott reservation lookup.
